The gap I saw
Most AI content is either hype ("AI will change everything!") or so technical it's useless to a normal operator. Nobody was making the version in the middle, the part where you actually sit down and put AI to work in a real business, on a real Tuesday. That gap is the whole reason this exists.
What I actually do
I build AI workflow systems, for content, leads, planning, follow-up, and execution, and I share the real ones, not the demo-day ones. Tool-agnostic on purpose: ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, Gemini, Perplexity, and whatever wins next. The tools change every month. The workflows shouldn't.
Where it's going
